Provo Water’s Kneshia Clarke-Forbes Shares Water Conservation Insights with Rotary Club of Providenciales
At Provo Water Company, community connection is a cornerstone of our mission. On Tuesday March 25th, we were proud to see that spirit in action as our Customer Service Manager, Kneshia Clarke-Forbes, served as guest speaker at the Rotary Club of Providenciales’ General Club Meeting.
The presentation, titled “Trust the Tap: Leak Notification System for Water Conservation,” focused on how customers can better understand their water usage, detect leaks early and take simple steps to protect one of the island’s most precious resources.
Kneshia walked the audience through the key features of Provo Water’s Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) — also known as smart meters — and demonstrated how these tools deliver real-time data and leak alerts that help customers conserve water, reduce waste and avoid unnecessary costs. She also gave an overview of the My Account web portal, where customers can view daily and hourly usage data, receive alerts and manage their accounts with ease.
To close the presentation on a fun and interactive note, Kneshia introduced a customized Water Conservation Bingo game, designed to reinforce the importance of everyday water-saving habits in an engaging and memorable way.
The session was a reminder that everyone plays a role in building a more sustainable future, and that education and awareness are powerful tools in our collective conservation efforts.
We’re proud of Kneshia for her professionalism and passion, and we thank the Rotary Club of Providenciales for the opportunity to connect with local leaders on such an important topic.
