Pay Your Bill and Win

Customers who pay all balances in full by the due date of each month are eligible to be entered into the competition.

The draw for a monthly winner takes place on the 1st of each month, when billing credit will be applied to the customer’s account.

Rules For the Promotion:

1. Entry to the Promotion is limited to those customers with account balances paid up in full by the due date.
2. Bill credit will be capped at $250.00 per month
3. PWCo staff accounts or other special concessions are not eligible to participate.
4. Entry in the promotion is limited to residential water supply accounts.
5. Accounts qualify regardless of the method of payment.
6. Promotion end date is December 31, 2023.
7. Promotion draw date for the competition – 1st of each month.
8. The monthly winners will be contacted via telephone and email.
9. The monthly winners will be announced via bill inserts and social media posts.
10. Credits are non-transferrable; and cannot be exchanged for cash.
11. By entering this promotion, the entrant accepts and agrees to the full terms, conditions, and rules of this promotion.
