- View easy-to-interpret graphic data of current and historical water usage
- View your account information anywhere you have internet access
- Have secure access to all your transactions
- Have the ability to download, print and / or save your bill electronically.
- This updated version of the portal will allow you to view multiple properties on one account and even multiple properties utilising one email address.

Register My Account
To register click on the “Online Account” within the menu, or visit https://provo-myacct.smartgridcis.net
Click on REGISTER to create your profile and enter your details as follows:-
- Account Number: 500XXXX
- Zip Code: TKCA 1ZZ
- Mobile Number
- Email Address
Click “Send Verification Code”. The verification code will be sent to your email address.
Check your email for the verification message from “DoNotReply@provowater.tc” subject “Account Verification” and click the link.
Return to the portal to log in using your username and set password:-
- Username: Email Address
- Password: *****************
