Customers are required to apply at PWC’s offices in Grace Bay.  The following paperwork is required:-

Corporate Accounts

  • A completed “SIGN-UP-FOR-SERVICE” form
  • A required deposit of $350.00
  • An installation fee
  • An up-to-date copy of the business license
  • Certificate of Incorporation
  • Article of Association
  • Memorandum of Association
  • Register of Officers and Directors
  • Letter from the Director taking responsibility for the water bills
  • Proof of Ownership: Land Register / Land title
  • Two (2) valid forms of government identification that contain the picture and signature of the Director
    (1)  Mandatory – Passport
    (2)  Secondary – Driver’s License, National Insurance Card, National Health Insurance Card, Lease Agreement

Residential Accounts

  • A completed “SIGN-UP-FOR-SERVICE” form
  • A required deposit of $250.00 for belongers and $350.00 for non-belongers (varies depending upon meter size)
  • An installation fee of $340.00 for first time new connections (varies depending upon meter size)
  • Two (2) valid forms of government identification that contain your picture and signature
    MANDATORY: – Passport / TCI Status Card
    SECONDARY: – Driver’s License / National Insurance Card /National Health Insurance Card
  • Proof of ownership of property – Land Register / Land Title
  • Rental Customers: Please provide the following documentations along with the above requirements for water services
    (1)  Landlord Identification
    (2)  Landlord Proof of Ownership of Property
    (3)  Lease Agreement (Mandatory)
