Education in the Community

May 11, 2026, members from our Water Quality & Laboratory Services Team and Customer Service Department visited Enid Capron Primary School, where Breone Hamilton, Water Quality Specialist, presented to approximately 45–50 first-grade students across two classes.

The presentation focused on Water Conservation and covered where water comes from in the Turks and Caicos Islands, why clean water is important, and simple ways students can help save water at home.

The students were very engaged, listened attentively, asked thoughtful questions, and confidently answered questions throughout the session. Their excitement and participation made the presentation interactive and enjoyable.

A special shoutout to the three stars of the day, who were able to correctly recall the 7 steps of how water is supplied in the TCI! 👏💧 We are proud to continue educating our young people on the importance of protecting and conserving our most valuable resource — water.
