PROVO WATER POP UP – A SUCCESS

Provo Water’s Water Quality and Laboratory Services team recently hosted a successful pop-up outreach event, providing an excellent opportunity to connect with members of the business community and showcase the wide range of laboratory and water quality services available.

Throughout the event, the team engaged with representatives from hotels, spas, restaurants and chefs, many of whom expressed strong interest in the services offered. Attendees had the opportunity to learn more about water quality testing, sampling requirements, and how Provo Water can support their businesses in maintaining high water quality standards.

The event also provided valuable feedback from the community. Many participants suggested expanding the pop-up concept to other islands, allowing more businesses and residents to access information about Provo Water’s services. Others expressed interest in educational webinars and workshops, noting that many people are unfamiliar with proper sampling techniques and the types of laboratory testing available.

The team collected numerous contacts throughout the day and looks forward to following up with attendees to further discuss their water quality needs and explore future partnerships.

The overwhelmingly positive response from attendees has encouraged the team to explore additional outreach opportunities and educational initiatives as Provo Water continues to expand its Water Quality and Laboratory Services and strengthen its commitment to protecting public health and supporting the business community.
