Sherry Bell-Parker
BSc (Hons) Biology; MSc Occupational Health and Safety
Water Quality & Lab Services Manager | Health and Safety Coordinator
Sherry Bell-Parker holds a BSc in Biology and an MSc in Occupational Health and Safety, specializing in Environmental Management. Her academic and professional background has provided her with strong expertise in water quality, laboratory services, environmental management, and workplace health and safety.
She currently serves as the Water Quality & Lab Svcs Manager and Health and Safety Coordinator at Provo Water Company Ltd., where she has worked since 2007. She is also actively involved in several AWWA committees and serves as the CWWA National Chair for the Turks and Caicos Islands.
In 2014, she led the achievement of ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory international accreditation, a major milestone for the Turks and Caicos Islands. In 2026, she was invited to serve as a mentor for Women in Water and Sanitation Caribbean, reflecting her commitment to supporting and empowering women in the sector.

Stefon Tyndall
BSc (Hons) Pharmaceutical Science
Water Quality Specialist
Stefon graduated from the University of Hull with a Batchelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Science and received a Post Graduate Diploma in Translational Oncology. He started his career in Hospitality with a special emphasis in Environment Health and safety (HSE).
Stefon has been working as a Water Quality Specialist for 5 years with Provo Water Company and has a Class 2 Water Laboratory Certification from Water Professionals international (WPI). Skills developed from these experiences include Understanding the Requirements and Concepts of ISO/IEC 17025:2017, method development, Good laboratory Practices (GLP), risk assessment and Quality Controls.

Savannah Moore
BSc (Hons) in Human Nutrition
Administrative Assistant
Savannah graduated from Newcastle University with a BSc (Hons) in Human Nutrition and also holds an Associate Degree in Biology and Chemistry. She gained experience working in a hospital setting alongside a dietitian supporting patient nutrition care and dietary planning. Her academic background has provided her with a strong foundation in science, research, analytical thinking and practical laboratory experience.
Savannah currently works as an Administrative Assistant in the Water Quality and Laboratory Services department where she supports daily administration and laboratory operations. She brings a proactive and structured approach to her role and enjoys contributing to a team-focused environment that supports efficient operations and high service standards.

Breone Hamilton
BSc with Honors in Midwifery
Water Quality Specialist
Breone is a public health professional with an academic background in Midwifery. Her experience in Midwifery has honed strong competencies for attention to detail, accurate documentation, health education, infection prevention and patient-centred care, all of which are transferable to public health practice. She currently works as a Water Quality Specialist, where she supports the monitoring, testing and safety of drinking water to ensure health and safety standards are maintained for the protection of public health.

Samuel Nemours
BSc Science and Education
Water Quality Specialist
Samuel Nemours serves as a Water Quality Specialist with the Water Quality & Laboratory Services Team at Provo Water Company. He brings a strong background in science, laboratory work, education, customer service, and leadership.
Samuel studied Biology and Chemistry at the University of Technology, Jamaica, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Science and Education. His professional experience includes working as a Lab Technician, Science Teacher, and Customer Service Supervisor, giving him a well-rounded foundation in technical laboratory practices, communication, and service excellence.
In his role, Samuel supports the company’s commitment to maintaining safe, reliable, and high-quality drinking water for the community. His knowledge of biology, chemistry, laboratory procedures, and customer-focused service makes him a valuable addition to the Water Quality & Laboratory Services Team.
