INVITATION TO BID

The Provo Water Company, Ltd.(PWC) is hereby soliciting competitive bids for the following projects.

  1. Rehabilitation of Main – Provo Golf Course
  2. Main Laying – Walter Cox Road to Airport Road
  3. Main Extension – Industrial drive to Five Cays
  4. Main Laying – Academy Avenue to Aviation Drive
  5. Installation of Flushing and Pressure Stations

Interested contractors may bid for the furnishing of Manpower and Equipment Requirements for the above-mentioned projects.  PWC will provide all the necessary materials such as pipes, fittings, control valves, fine quarry for pipe protection and other related items required to complete these projects and will also provide safety materials such as signs, barricades, traffic cones, warning tapes except for the Personal Protection Equipment of workers hired by the successful contractors.

The detailed plans, drawings and specifications of all the projects and the Instruction to Bidders (ITB) are now available and can be emailed to interested contractors.

To those contractors that had shown interest to bid, please request in writing or by e-mail to e.panga@provowater.tc and the Bid Forms will be transmitted to your e-mail address.

Bids must be prepared and submitted using the Bid Forms provided by PWC, must be typed or printed and then signed in ink.

PWC will be accepting bids starting May 17 to 21, 2022 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at

Bids received after these prescribed dates and time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened to the sender.

The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of PWC will conduct the opening of Bids on May 27, 2022. And after the evaluation of all submitted Bids, the BAC will formally inform all the bidders of the result of the evaluation in writing or by e-mail.
