Customers can log into our MyAccount portal via the link on top of our website, or at http://provo-myacct.smartgridcis.net to easily check their account, pay water bill and more at their convenience. We encourage customers experiencing financial hardship to contact our Customer Service Team at 649-946-5202 to discuss payment extension and payment plan options that may be available to keep their accounts in good standing.

Customers will be billed for water service and past-due balances will continue to accrue if payment is not made. Payments should be made to avoid service disconnection at a later date.

We have activated our emergency operations and business continuity plans and will continue to update them for COVID-19 as necessary to meet our service obligations to our customers and communities.
